It is our distinct pleasure to introduce to the bR3 Studio guests, our new Massage Therapist, Jill who specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Trigger point therapy, and Sports Massage! Jill obtained her massage education at the Healing Arts Institute and has since practiced in Ohio, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. With over 10 years of experience, Jill deeply believes that acknowledging the mind-body connection is the first step in the healing process. Each individual has their own unique wellness goal, and Jill takes the time to understand their journey and implement effective and safe treatments to assist each person in achieving their goals. She not only listens to their words, but also to what their body is telling her. In her free time, Jill enjoys hiking, spending time in the great outdoors, and attending live music events with her husband and young son. Jill is a delight and we are ecstatic to have her on the bR3 Studio team!

Nadia's favorite spare time activites include yoga, cooking, or traveling the world while collecting postcards with her hubby. Nadia's favorite therapy at the bR3 studio is the Infrared Sauna!
Andi enjoys spending her free time cuddling with her cat and singing in her rock band. Andi holds a degree in Physiology with a deep love for abstract art, opera, and spicy foods. Her favorite services at the bR3 Studio include Float Therapy and Full-Body Cryotherapy.
Janielle is a new mom to a sweet baby boy and in her free time enjoys spending time on her family farm with over 75 animals. She loves Disney and visits at least once a year! Janielle’s favorite therapy at bR3 Studio is our NormaTec compression therapy!
