We ask all guests to reschedule their appointment if you are not feeling well. For everyone's safety we may ask a guest who appears to be sick to reschedule. All rescheduled appointment cancellation fees will be waived. If you have scheduled a service and find that you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service(s). No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).
