At bR3 Studio your time is valuable and we appreciate your understanding regarding the new normal of COVID-19. As a small business, we are doing all that is necessary to keep you safe. As such, we have scaled back our appointment intake and request your understanding of our new cancellation / rescheduling policy.
Cancellation Policy :
Same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full service price of the scheduled appointment(s). No exceptions.
Same day rescheduled appointments will incur a $35 same day cancellation fee.
Please note, all credit/debit cards on file must be valid, and we reserve the right to cancel any appointment that fails to meet the terms & conditions.

bR3 is proud to be eco-friendly and therefore all payments will be accepted via credit/debit card and all receipts will be issued via email. All services have the option to be pre-purchased online. The redemption of all purchases are subject to expiration.
A la carte items & gift card sales are final. A package or membership may be refunded within 24 hours, from the time of sale, via email only. Any services rendered before cancellation will be charged the full retail price. All refunds are subjected to a processing fee. There is no exception to our refund policy.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At bR3 Studio we understand life’s delays, and we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service times may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Arriving late to a Flotation session 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and subjected to cancellation fees.
